David has enjoyed an extensive career in finance and financial services, including a more than a decade as a vice president and commercial loan officer with the Rhode Island Hospital Trust Bank providing financing to support the growth of Rhode Island and Massachusetts businesses. For almost 30 years David has been providing effective financial solutions to individuals and to business owners and key employees with a particular focus on business succession, estate planning, and retirement planning as well as individual wealth management. His education, training and experience provide him the unique ability to find effective solutions to the more challenging financial problems facing business owners, families and individuals.
He is a graduate of Bowling Green University (Bowling Green, OH) where he earned a degree in Industrial Management/Engineering. David holds licenses of Producer of Life and Health insurance, as well as the Series 6 (Investment Company Variable Contracts Representative), Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Exam), and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Exam) registrations held at Cetera Advisors LLC. He is licensed to transact securities business with residents in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Texas.
David serves his community as a Vice Chairman, Greater Providence YMCA; Trustee, St. Luke’s Parish ,Barrington, RI; Referee, U S Rowing. He also has served as President of Barring Youth Soccer and the East Bay Soccer Club, President of the Barrington High School Boosters as well as an officer on the Board of several of Rhode Island’s Chambers of Commerce.
